In my time at Salesforce, I have been a member of the Customer Success department as. Success Guide. As a Success Guide, I am a resource expert that helps guide customers both proactively and reactively to our engagements that fall under their success subscriptions. I both deliver engagements and direct them to the right resource at the right time. These engagements can range from one thirty minute call to multi-hour presentations. I enjoy acting as the corporate equivalent of a college advisor and gain satisfaction by of leading our customers on the right path.

As an experienced student at Georgia Tech, I try to add one responsibility each semester. In the fall 2019 term, I was hired for one of the part time positions as a Fitness Attendant at the Campus Recreation Center, our on-campus, student-run gym. In my role, I help:- Ensure the safety of over 300 patrons per shift by informing patrons of proper equipment use and institute policy-Utilize time management skills by cleaning and sanitizing over 25 fitness machines per shift while addressing customer service needs. While these tasks may be rather simple, I am proud to say that I was one of three team members awarded an excellence point and promoted to supervisor after my first semester on the job. I was then promoted to manager the next semester. As a manager, I have helped train our new hires and assisted in operations and maintenance.

I am thankful to say I was a Marketing Intern at tops Software, based in Atlanta, Georgia! I was hired remotely in July 2020 and reported to our Marketing Team Captain. I helped manage our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Our pages have followings ranging from 600 to over 1000. I have created graphics and videos promoting our products, orthodontist meetings we table for, and holiday celebrations.

During my internship at SEDC, I was able to tackle many awesome tasks and projects, including:- Developing reports using Tableau 2019.1 to simplify the team’s digital workspace- Helping new clients launch their Tableau Server websites with tailored dashboards- Creating an instructional video in Adobe Premiere Pro teaching new clients how to use Tableau 2019.1- Researching RFPs for one of our company regional conference- Synthesizing market research on cloud data technology and cybersecurity using Google Suite and Microsoft Office

My internship at Arby's was a wonderful first step into the business world.
