David manages consultant, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure a successful implementation of the assigned projects and is in charge of performance management of vendors.Monitor and track the project timeline and budget; Assure the accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in to project schedules.Liaise with internal functional departments such as Finance and EHS and carry out site inspections to manage and follow through the project progresses.Provide technical and engineering support to industrial waste treatment plant operation and process improvement work.
