Hi, I am Davis Wingate and I am a recent graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. I have always been fascinated with rockets, planes, and space so I knew aerospace engineering was my calling. I am currently employed at SAIC as an Aerospace Engineering Associate. Most of my work at the moment involves systems engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering. I do a majority of my work in Magicdraw, creating models based on requirements.

Some of my major duties in my role consist of using Magicdraw to create models based on requirements that are needed and reading/analyzing source code to create diagrams that contribute to the model. I am working on perfecting my Python skills and creating precise regular expressions.
This summer I worked with full-time model-based systems engineer, assisting them with tasks and issues. I also worked in the lab helping develop and troubleshoot different types of hardware.
