Track the status of the new P/N which established in our RD dept., issue the PR (Purchase Request) to Pur for preparing the new materials, and control the schedule of the trial shot/ injection. 5. Arrange and take charge of the trial shot/ injection both in factory and out vendors during the NPI stage (T1-T2--Tn), and call together the responsible engineers to attend the review meeting during each trial shot/ injection (or shipment request) on which we will analyze the issues occurred in each stage and work out the efficient countermeasures. Keep tracking the results after executing the measures to forward the new project to MP line. 6.
