Senior Technical Account Manager
Current- Part of the Professional Services team -- serve as an embedded consultant with top tier enterprise customers that utilize the Critical Event Management (CEM) SaaS platform.
- Provide tailored guidance on solution design and system configuration; “white glove” handling of support issues; training on new features (continuous enablement); and serve as the voice of customer in conversations.
- Scope custom development work on behalf of customers, and in some cases build the integrations using Everbridge’s integration platform.
- Deliver technology solutions to support global security, business continuity, supply chain visibility and crisis management use cases.
- Mentor and train new hires, which includes developing presentations and other resources.
