Senior Technical Account Manager
Current• Part of the Professional Services team -- serve as an embedded consultant with top tier enterprise customers that utilize the Critical Event Management (CEM) SaaS platform.• Provide tailored guidance on solution design and system configuration; “white glove” handling of support issues; training on new features (continuous enablement); and serve as the voice of customer in conversations with product/engineering.• Scope custom development work on behalf of customers, and in some cases build the integrations using Everbridge’s integration platform.• Deliver technology solutions to support global security, business continuity, supply chain visibility and crisis management use cases.• Mentor and train new hires, which includes developing presentations and other resources.
