Customer Service Representative
Current- Handle inbound calls timely and professionally (~40 calls/day)
- Proficient in managing Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (HCFSA/LPFSA/DCFSA),and Reimbursement Accounts (HRA/DCRA)
- Document all customer interactions, including call notes and casework
- Follow up with members via email or phone regarding account updates
- Maintain a happy and calm demeanor, effectively de-escalating tense situations
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, laws, and policies to provide accurate guidance
