Supply officer who served in multiple leadership capacities within the intermediate distribution center for the United States Marine Corps (USMC).-Led multiple Operational Planning Teams by bringing together all sections within the company (Storage, Material Distribution Center, Fiscal, General Account, Medical Logistics, Ammunition Platoon, Initial Issue and Provisioning, Sort Lot, and Customer Service) to enhance the ordering process and throughput of materials.-Organized the effort to responsibly organize and draw-down the footprint of the the main USMC distribution center and outlying Supply Distribution Detachments as part of the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan.-Facilitated the off ramping of over 1 million total items of gear being sent back to the states, recouping tens of millions of dollars for the Marine Corps.-Coordinated with higher headquarters, Marine units, and third party contractors in regards to analyzing past and projecting future supply usage for 75 using units within our Area of Operations.-Managed relationships with third-party contractors to expedite delivery of critically needed, globally sourced supplies and materials.
