Initially joined BRE’s Sustainable Development team in 2005 and became Marketing Co-ordinator shortly after. In March 2008 I was appointed as Event Manager with the task of managing and co-ordinating BRE Events from inception to production. My role is diverse and involves anything from the day-to-day management and development of event and conference programmes including delegate and contractor liaison to the co-ordination and implementation of thorough promotional campaigns in order to ensure that the correct audience is targeted and to achieve maximum reach.Every client remit is different and as such it is imperative to ensure that all events are quality checked from venue selection to post-event feedback and as such I am responsible for not only key event elements but also financial aspects including budgetary control.

A well known and established brand within the hotel sector. My role reported directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and worked closely with the CEO and General Manager in order to ensure a full marketing and promotional plan was in place and followed accordingly in order to maintain and increase its position within the leisure industry.
