(Talent included: Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Connelly, Elle MacPherson, Mario Testino, Norman Jean Roy, Sam Mendes, Kathryn Bigelow, Jake Nava, Elizabeth Saltzman, and Gucci Westman.)• Responsibility as Executive Producer for key projects ensuring premium value delivery for clients as well as key quality control. Managed significant Art Buying negotiations and contract development.

Responsible for business driving, 360-degree brand communications “thought leadership” for all products and services on a global basis. • Worked with global CMO, Chief Advertising Officer, Global Marketing and Regional Presidents to launch major global advertising campaign, “Hello Tomorrow”, in excess of $400m for Avon Products. • Launched new global talent for brand, Reese Witherspoon, and help foster talent relations with client.• Managed campaign distribution across 40+ markets in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and North America and oversee origination projects in major markets and served as liaison to global creative and planning directors.
