• Provide direct support to MD accounts, managing the day to day business of order entry, quoting, answering customer questions for order status, order tracking and return requests. • Assist in managing special projects and securing unique discounts for MD clients by leveraging existing relationships with MD partners.• Provide quotes for customers on run rate velocity products.• ISSRs must be able to build basic IT solutions on paper therefore technical knowledge is a must.
