• Developed Concept for an adaptive reuse of a historic building in Pilsen for a city RFP application. • Participated in the CTA - Red Line Extension Transit Supportive Development Team working on the FTA New Starts application to build a rail line that will provide much need transit access & new development to the Far South Side. Responsible for input on development of land-use and zoning strategies, housing typologies and density as well as community engagement (virtually).• Responsible for the development and coordination of 53-unit mixed-income affordable housing project in Oakwood Shores on the South Side of Chicago from 100% DD through Construction.- Led team meetings with consultants to update the drawing set to meet intermediate deadlines and achieve coordinated documents with quick turnaround time.- Processed and modeled owner-directed design changes during Value Engineering and Construction using Revit.• Designed and completed a creative flooring design scheme to assist students in wayfinding for Kenwood Academy High School on the South Side.• Consulted on Concept Design Development of an Arts & Crafts district MFH project in Englewood.• Led & Mentored Entry-Level Staff to ensure timely production, quality control, as well as to facilitate their learning and growth in the field of architecture.
