We were recognized in Industry Week as a Top 3 service organizations and featured in the book,“Total Customer Satisfaction." ♦ Brought Mirapoint (now OpenWave Messaging) back on track both from a morale and business perspective as Acting CEO after the Founder stepped down.♦ Streamlined operations while working through an unforecasted explosive period of growth, brought up a second CM, implemented a B2C customer logistics application and established a much improved product life cycle process.With a long-standing, expert interest in high-tech mechanical designs and fabrication, I also find it very rewarding to get all the components to work together to do something great. My projects include a home-built fully automated observatory and aircraft power plant for my aircraft.
