• Coordinate 2 campus’s both in Los Angeles and Cerritos• Maintain all New Faculty Compliance binders for ACCSC and WASC accreditation• Coordinate activities between Full-Time Faculty, Part-Time Faculty, Dean and the Executive Committee• Manage auto-enrollment through eCollege for online classes and e-Companion a site for on-ground classes• Maintain Faculty Contracts and Timesheets• Manage Textbook ordering, tracking and distribution• Keep current up to date reports through the CampusVue database system• Coordinate Curriculum Development for new Online Learning Environment

• Process all incoming applications promptly • Process and maintain all Enrollment Folders for new students.• Organize Orientation for all new students, with includes working on weekends and holidays.• Coordinate activates between 35+ Associate Directors of Admissions, 3 Directors of Admissions and an Office Manager.• Keep current up to date reports through the CARS database system.• Process quarterly audits of all Admissions files to insure proper reporting to the Registrars office and Student Services department.• Complete all data entry into CARS database system for all prospective students.

• Process and maintain all Enrollment Folder for new students.• Organize Orientation, which includes arranging uniforms and textbooks for new students.• Log all inquiry calls on Inquiry Log and enter into CampusVue• Provide Standardized Learning Exam test proctoring to prospective students and log all test scores.• Process all admissions mailing, including all unable to contact, missed appointments, and inquiry letters. • Complete all data entry into CampusVue for all prospective students.

•Coordinate general circulation of textbooks•Communicate with faculty to discuss materials and textbooks to be used•Assures that all buying is within budgetary limitations•Perform specialized computer functions related to textbook acquisition and inventory control•Provide direction to various office personnel•Manage the purchasing and requisitioning of all textbooks •Coordinate teaching materials and supplemental materials used in the classroom.•Coordinate all materials for Title I Program, Read 180 Program, EL Program and Special Ed•Process new textbook materials and other printed materials•Assist students and faculty with inquiries using bibliographies, reference materials, and computer databases in locating books, magazine articles and other materials•Coordinate textbook check-in and check-out at beginning and end of school year
