"Making Data Actionable"—that is my professional motto. As a Business Analyst at Citrix ShareFile, it’s what I strive for every day. As part of the Analytics Team I support all departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care with everything from in-depth analyses that proactively drive efficiency and revenue gains, to high level reporting for our executive leadership. I also represent the Analytics Department on the executive team for a multi-million dollar business unit. On the executive team, I use data to set and track specific goals that drive the unit to meet aggressive revenue and product development targets. Beyond supporting the business through analyses and reporting, I focus on education and training within Citrix to reinforce the value of being a data-driven organization. Citrix ShareFile is a market leading provider of secure, cloud-based document sharing with over 800 employees and 65,000 corporate customers. The ShareFile service was launched in November 2005 and grew organically for six years with no outside capital. ShareFile was then acquired by Citrix in October 2011. Today, services more than 50 different industries and 20 million users in over 100 countries use ShareFile.Citrix Systems provides market leading products for collaboration, virtualization, and networking. Citrix services over 260,000 organizations with over 10,000 business partners in 100 countries. Annual revenue in 2013 was $2.9 billion.

Head of project to decrease production downtime leading to $28,000 in annual savings through three subprojects:- Create programs to analyze breakdown and downtime reports- Generate FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) of the complete parts list of the line- Utilizing inventory analysis with the Advanced Maintenance Management System (AMMS) software

- Provide developmental and technical support researching recycled carbon fiber for an industry sponsored team project- In charge of planning, organizing, and implementing subproject within statement of work- Attend weekly teleconferences with industry representatives, providing input for problem-solving, task management, and budget issues- Create programs using Excel and VBA to analyze fiber strength as well as gas flow calibrations- Write technical articles for published papers submitted to Boeing and The Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE)- Design systems to gather and analyze data
