Serves as current chair of the AEC P&E Committee, running a task force with the goals of developing and executing an athlete leadership curriculum. Facilitates discussions regarding the programming and needs of athletes; additionally, aids in coordinating programming for USA-S Annual Business Meeting and Zone Workshops. Works in conjunction with Leadership Subcommittee and other chairs within AEC. Major projects include current program development, website design and maintenance, and general mentorship.

Major projects include legislation regarding meet marshal presence and athlete medical supervision, website renovation, and the creation of meet marshal certification program.
