He has held positions as CEO & chairman of the board, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing and VP of Sales and Marketing always seeking the challenge of growth oriented start-up companies. As Managing Partner and principal of Trovada Davis, an advertising and public relations firm, for 2 years Terry’s company developed successful strategies representing companies such as Bally’s Total Fitness, Chase Manhattan Bank, Warner Home Video and the A&E Television Network. Previously serving as Vice-President of Marketing with the Una Vez Mas Affiliate group, Terry’s ability to forge effective sales strategies and operational management guidelines resulted in the acceleration of the fledgling 6 station network to a level currently of 55 television stations serving over 100 U.S. markets. Una Vez Mas is today the largest U.S. affiliate group as the exclusive broadcast network for TV Azteca’s Azteca America U.S. content. Terry’s ability to translate core values to profitable strategies for growth has been recognized by national organizations ranging from American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT) to the National Association of Hispanic Publications (NAHP).
