Born and raised in Taiwan, Davis started his training in the architectural field when he went to a vocational high school in Taipei and chose architecture engineering as his major. After three years in high school he decided to move abroad to the United States and pursue his bachelor degree in interior architecture design at the Academy of Art of San Francisco. Davis has a keen eye for design and is very passionate about craftsmanship. Outside of interior design, he enjoys designing and building furniture or objects. He has taken classes to learn how to use different machines that help him create because making something of his own design is when he is the happiest.His notable works include: Kalae Ward Village, Rosewood Kona Village, Canopy Baltimore Hotel, Grand Hyatt at SFO, Intercontinental San Francisco Hotel and Montage Spanish Peaks Lodge.
