Utilizing my deep understanding of customer pain points, I am able to manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, and R&D, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.As a Subject Matter Expert for specific products, such as NI Vision Development module (Vision Acquisition Software) and Python + NI Hardware/Software, I am tasked with handling escalations from global teams and providing timely solutions by working with R&D if necessary. I am also responsible for communicating and troubleshooting any bugs identified and ensuring they are properly addressed.In addition to handling escalations, I am responsible for writing technical knowledgebase web content for external users, allowing me to share my expertise and further enhance our services.
