- Managed staff of 18 supporting and developing enterprise wide technology initiatives for the university.- Researched, developed the business case and ROI and negotiated SaaS based Workday solution to replace 22 year old Banner ERP system. Supported successful implementation of Workday Human Resources and Payroll, and the ongoing Finance and Student conversions to Workday.- Collaborated with university admissions to implement the Salesforce platform at Bentley to improve outreach to recruits and applicants and consolidate and replace several existing CRM systems.- Led managed services pilot to provide off hours “follow the sun” support and improve service delivery while freeing up internal staff to focus on strategic projects. Completed managed services RFP, contract negotiations, and finalized contract with the selected vendor. - Collaborated with University Advancement to replace the 20 year old University Advancement Donor Management system with Millennium. Managed vendor selection, data mapping, and all phases of the implementation.- Led the implementation of an enterprise Informatica data hub and architecture to provide a single platform for integrations and to support the Bentley data warehouse.
