I love to create software which helps to solve real-life problems and that is pleasant to use. I like to solve non-trivial tasks, build large systems, learn new things. I have extensive experience and competencies in all aspects of modern web-development, including backend, front-end and architecture of complex systems.Programming became my passion and hobby since high school. Since then I make the way from student-freelancer and hired full-time developer to co-founder and CTO of several internet-startups (successful and not), software architect, director of development department which grew up to ~100 employees. While I was on management positions I always remain "playing coach", I don't believe that one can be a good tech leader without diving into the topic "barehanded".Quality of the created product and code is critical to me. With all else being equal I always prefer to sacrifice scope instead of quality to hit a deadline.In relations with people I appreciate above all honesty, integrity, trust and plain-speaking.
