Project:🔗 megaplan.ru - new modern and lite version of the megaplan app + mobile app (the project was later abandoned).Stack: ⦿ Backend ‣ light REST API on top of existing Megaplan using PHP. ⦿ Frontend ‣ CoffeeScript, self written SPA framework, Phonegap. ⦿ Tools ‣ Git/Github, WebStorm.Responsibilities: ✓ Developing and supporting of own open-source SPA framework called CordJS (https://github.com/cordjs/core). Helping product team, adjusting framework for their needs. (React was emerging it's popularity at the same time). ✓ Smooth native-looking routing integration for Phonegap-based mobile app. ✓ High-level architecture decisions for all Megaplan products and infrastructure.

Project:🔗 megaplan.ru - one of the first and most noticeable SaaS task manager in Russian market.Stack: ⦿ Backend ‣ PHP 5, PostgreSQL, lighttpd/nginx. ⦿ Frontend ‣ HTML, CSS, JS (mainly jQuery). ⦿ Tools ‣ SVN, Mercurial, Gentoo Linux, Eclipse, PHP Storm, Bash/Python for scripting.Responsibilities:❶ Startup stage (small team) - initial product implementation and main architecture decisions. ✓ Created internal PHP framework for rapid development (including own ActiveRecord with smart concise query language, templating and i18n support) ✓ Implemented initial version of the product ✓ Designed and implemented basic SaaS deployment infrastructure + on-premise (box) deployment support with pirate-protection.❷ Growth stage - head of development department/main architect: ✓ Hiring of tech staff. ✓ Introduction of agile/scrum methodology in the department. ✓ Mentoring developers, code review, motivation. ✓ Designing architecture of critical systems, including automated SaaS infrastructure managing and scaling system.

Project:🔗 utinet.ru - one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Russia (those days) specialized on electronics.Stack: ⦿ Backend ‣ PHP 4/5, MySQL. ⦿ Frontend ‣ HTML, CSS, JS (vanilla + jQuery). ⦿ Tools ‣ CVS/Mercurial, Gentoo, Bash/Python for scripting.Responsibilities: ✓ Early-stage development of the e-shop in a small team, own PHP framework. ✓ Hiring, mentoring, on-boarding new developers and ops. ✓ Project-management. ✓ Development and maintenance of the infrastructure, including bare-metal servers, MySQL multi-master replication etc.

Project: 🔗 krutilka.ru (currently doesn't exist) - Russian banner advertising system of RU-net early daysStack: ⦿ Backend ‣ C/C++, MySQL, BerkeleyDB, vanilla PHP 4. ⦿ Frontend ‣ HTML, CSS, vanilla JS. ⦿ Tools ‣ Visual Studio, FreeBSD, make, gcc, ssh, SourseSafe, CVS.Responsibilities: Maintaining and adding new features to the one of the leading (in those days) Russian banner advertising systems. Started as a junior developer and then as a middle developer. Performed all kind of development and maintenance tasks including low-level segfault debugging of high-load core-daemon (C/C++), FreeBSD server and MySQL ops, SQL query optimization, developing customer frontend written in LAMP-stack.
