As the Compliance Specialist for People Scout, I am responsible upholding Aramark's safeguards for its Healthcare and K-12 contingent workforce. In this role I review, approve, or reject request for temporary labor based upon site specific guideline and hold 1 on 1 training sessions with suppliers, and client managers. In addition I also serve as the main point of contact for all Compliance related inquiries, disputes, and escalations for the "Aramark" account. • Oversee and maintain the Grandfathering of background checks and other additional on-boarding information processed by the supplier prior to joining the program (Approx. 86 Suppliers)• Reviewed and generated over 1200 contingent labor assignments for Aramark’s Healthcare/K-12 division• Communicate new state laws and client updates to all program vendors• Serve as direct liaison for Carolina’s Medical System and UPMC in Central PA

Greater Philadelphia Area

I oversee placement of all temporary labor for all of Aramark's Healthcare and K-12 sites nationwide. I serve as an impartial liaison for both the client and supplier in matters involving billing disputes, non-compliant workers, and displeasure of services rendered. In addition, I assist site managers with the orchestration of large scale banquet events, and end of the year closing ceremonies. I work hand and hand with the Compliance Manager, and Aramark's Adjudication to ensure that all candidates are in agreement with Aramark's guidelines, and ways to improve program usage, and experience for Healthcare, and K-12 sites.

During my time as an intern at Pan African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP) I oversaw the registration of over 300 new students along with processing all transactions from payments, refunds, adjustments and reconciliations. In addition I developed and distributed the Spring 2016 class brochures, and was the direct supervisor for two student workers. Finally, the accomplishment that I am most proud of from my time in this position was that I was able to recruit two new teachers to the program.
