Account Management Specialist
Current-Perform customer contract reviews.-Work closely with Customer Support Engineers in reference to customer drawings, revision levels, customer item cross reference, etc.-Research, develop, implement and monitor a variety of order processes due to customer stock requirements.-Assist Supply Chain staff with difficult time-sensitive expedites as required.-Compile weekly open order reports as required by customers.-Coordinate the logistics of inbound shipments from international 3rd party warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer guidelines.-Collaborated with sales and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes ensuring timely billing and reducing discrepancies.
