➢ Planning day-to-day work, budgets, production schedules along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.➢ Appraising prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes, if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.➢ Resolving technical problem in sub departments of post moulding process like Lamination, repair painting, NDT etc.➢ Motivating team towards the work to get quality product & avoiding the reworks.➢ Preparing cost orders for the green tag Blades & calculating extra material consumption➢ Reducing Cycle Time & Man hours By implementing new techniques.➢ Daily production planning based on monthly schedule from planning department.➢ Monthly material planning as per monthly schedule.➢ Daily material planning based on daily production plan.➢ Responsible for quality of product extruded.➢ Responsible for quality of material generation.➢ Responsible for daily production targets.➢ Work allocation for workmen.➢ Responsible for reduction in scraps / salvages.➢ Responsible for 1S, 2S in shop floor.➢ Responsible for productivity, mixer utilization.➢ Material procurement as per requirement from raw material stores department.➢ Involvement in new improvement activities.
