It is the largest supplier of mobility assistance services in Europe with an outstanding network in more than 40 European countries.Focus: automotive, aftersales & mobility sector (electric vehicles, digitalization, connectivity, autonomous driving, mobility as a service).• Contract implementation and Project leadership• Incident and Change Management• Data Analysis• Creation and improvement of E2E processes; Solution designs• Implementation of Connected Car and Telematics services (eCall, bCall and SVT) in ARC Europe’s markets in cooperation with Car manufacturers (project rollout leader and trainer)• E2E tests of Telematics services with OEM's and with Service Providers• Trainings and tests on e/bCall processes (Train the Trainer)• Operational handling of multiple OEM contracts in the domain of Roadside Assistance (Aftersales)• Audits of ARC Europe Service Providers’ network (Service Providers Agreement + GDPR)• Single Point of Contact for Sales Key Account Managers• Operational performance monitoring of ARC Europe Service Providers• Analysis of operational aspects of Roadside Assistance and Telematics tenders• Maintenance of operational contract database contents• Providing monthly and ad-hoc reports
