Since my early age (I make it sound like I am older, then I really am), I have had a desire, that I will be working under my terms and for things I like.I have faced and accepted many challenges on my way, but am happy with the results, opportunities, and growth. Other than having the determination to face new challenges and learn how to solve them, I have the ability to lead. I have been thrown in such situations many times, where I needed to lead by example, delegate and oversee. Ironically, such positions came without pursuit from my end.I am not big on bragging about every little thing I accomplished or did not accomplish, but suffice it to say, that at this point I am, confident that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. If I cannot, I can find a way for the task to be accomplished.
