Head Of Design
Current- Design Oversight: Ensure that all graphic designs for internal clients are executed to meet the specifications and requirements of the Head of Digital and the Chief Marketing Officer.- Client Design Management: Collaborate with the Head of Digital to ensure that all visual outputs for clients meet their branding and business objectives.- Quality Assurance: Monitor and approve all visual content produced by the design team, maintaining a high standard of creativity and technical execution.- Skill Development: Demonstrate continuous improvement in design capabilities as required by the General Manager (GM) or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).- Cross-Department Collaboration: Brainstorm with stakeholders, including marketing and digital teams, to develop innovative design concepts for various projects.- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and mentor graphic design interns, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve the design process and promote seamless collaboration between the design team and other departments.
