Treasury Manager Latam
• Develop strategies to strengthen Cash Management operations for Mexico and Chile, managing 70 bank accounts for the group's primary acquirer, Banamex.• Collaborate with financial institutions such as Banamex, Sabadell, Base, Banorte, Banco de Chile, and BCI.• Lead treasury operations for nine legal entities within the organization, centralizing operations in both countries to streamline processes and improve productivity.• Manage daily bank position reports for the corporate office, covering the operations of the nine legal entities.• Oversee the intercompany loan management process between Mexico, Chile, the United States, and Greece, including structuring and submitting reports to Global Treasury.• Coordinate cash flow between holding companies, ensuring account funding and proper dividend distribution to the corporate office.• Lead the implementation of a new ERP system (Oracle and Kyriba) within three months, optimizing financial processes.• Ensure the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts and monthly and annual analyses, identifying significant variations and proposing solutions to mitigate risks.• Develop and implement strategies to maximize investment returns and drive continuous improvement in treasury processes.• Supervise KPIs and objectives for accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and account management, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations across LATAM.• Adapt processes to meet country-specific regulations in the region.• Lead a team of two, ensuring the achievement of operational and strategic objectives.• Collaborate with finance, audit, and operations teams to align with corporate goals.• Report directly to the Finance Director and the Vice President of Treasury.
