Part of the PMO that is responsible for the operational integration of two recently acquired production facilities.The two production sites were integrated in the existing SAP ERP landscape and in-house developed MES system. Simultaniously, a new fully automated high-bay warehouse went live to upscale the internal storage capacity. This go live included an automated truck loading and unloading solution, and yard management by Peripass.

Team lead logistics for a leading MRO service provider. Responsible for the inbound and outbound goods flows in one of the local order fulfillment plant. As part of a global network design exercise, the plant was marked for divestment. Making sure the desired service level was maintained during the divestment of the plant. Part of the project team that coordinated the relocation of inventory. Calculating the required storage locations and defining a strategy to move inventory minimizing product unavailability.

Master Data Expert role in a SAP implementation project for a pharmaceutical production plant. Responsible for the SCM and logistic Master Data, with a focus on procurement and warehouse activities. Mapping the existing Master Data objects in the legacy systems, understanding how the data is used AS IS. Linking these data objects to the required Master Data in the TO BE landscape (both SAP and local). Performing data cleansing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy. Data migration detailed planning lead during actual migration to the production environment. Responsible for daily follow up of migration progress to ensure a successful launch.
