- Led a subteam of 7 members through the design, build, and testing phases of developing a Formula SAE racing vehicle, using my knowledge management skills to support their learning and growth.- Developed MATLAB/Simulink programs to evaluate vehicle performance anywhere from steady state heights and attitudes to transient response of a bicycle model, using correlations with our real data and driver feedback to drive decisions.- Utilized data from our 2019 car as well as simulations to design the kinematic package for the JMS 2020 Combustion car, including pickup points for control arms, tie rods, toe links, and pushrods.- Created a script that uses a genetic algorithm to fit Magic Formula Coefficients to tire data without requiring starting values or bounded coefficient ranges.- Built a program that converts our raw GPS data into differentiable position and curvature profiles for use in lap time simulation.

- Designed tooling for 15 parts used across 7 machines, producing the final step necessary for process automation.- Performed strength and flow testing on Chrysler PCV valves, establishing a test matrix for statistical analysis to correlate Cpk values with machine inputs.

- Designed a check fixture in Autodesk Inventor, allowing valves to be inspected more easily. Managed the fixture's manufacture and improvement iterations.- Created efficient processes using principles of Lean Six Sigma that improved the flow of parts in the facility and their documentation, leading to the resolution of more than 100 parts with problems.- Interacted with nearly every department at Enviro to fully understand the processes in place before designing and implementing improvements.
