I started my career in 1994 as a carpenter for Inter-Systems, Belgium. Over the years I worked my way up to become the workshop-in-charge, gaining a broad knowledge of HPL (Trespa, Polyrey, Resopal) and solid surface (Dupont Corian). This includes hands-on experience in fabrication, installation, CNC programming (Biesse), calculations, planning and organization.In 2010 I moved to the Middle East to take on the role of Workshop Manager with Tadmur Trading to start up and optimize their state-of-the-art solid surface workshop. This opened up opportunities to work with a larger spectrum of suppliers, and increased responsibility.from 2012 I held the position of Operation Manager for the Architectural Division (Dupont Corian, Samsung Staron, HPL, kitchens), and since January 2014 my responsibility was extended to include the Sports division (artificial grass, rubber flooring, sports flooring). Notable projects include the Hamad International Airport, Sidra Medical & Research Center, schools, as well as numerous contracts with Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Foundation.My current job since Feb. 2018 is as a Corian Technical Specialist for Du Pont de Nemour. I'm responsible for training and technical support for the Netherlands and CE-North.
