It Support Asia Team Lead
Current• Provide Level 2 Support to users• Supervise 1(one) person at the moment as my team who is based in Taipei,• Led the support of 3 dispatchers for remote offices in Beijing, Seoul, and Shanghai,• Led the support of IT programs and projects for 15 offices around the Asia Pacific including Jakarta and 2 offices in Delhi + 3 homeworkers in Sydney, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, and Mumbai,• Manage SLA for Asia Pacific by not less than 95% monthly,• Manage the project running well in the Asia Pacific, such as the network, security, migration, and introduction of new systems,• Collaborate work with 2 Vendors for device management and network management in Asia Pacific,• Ensure remote offices are also updated with the new system and policy,• Become the IT Security team's partner for the Asia Pacific region,• Locally to ensure all IT Assets are aligned with the Finance report,• Locally to ensure IT external vendor's coordination is smooth.• Have good relationships with APAC office local contacts and achieve to finish the 2024 project smoothly on the new network security service, the new UCC service, and the MDM/Intune solutions.
