·   Perform post-production edit of footage from original productions content to defined program standards specific using Avid Media Composer or Adobe Premiere. ·   Mezzanine file creation with technical metadata to different multimedia Codecs implying different compression and decompression techniques via Media Encoder CC, Episode Pro.·   Validate all necessary information pertaining to the media asset and insert metadata into Integrated Broadcast Management System. ·   Update and append data as required. Prioritize and allocate material, oversee the daily transfer of elements to Broadcast Media Operations servers due for transmission.·   Timely and accurately manage the acquisition and delivery with content owners of all Programs, Original productions, Advertising sales and Promo campaigns media assets.·   Submit material to vendors for subtitling and distribute final master to all applicable business units. Plan and diligently prioritize workload to ensure that all material is prepared for air.·   Assign work to personnel. Ensure project deadlines and broadcast standards are met. Mentor and coach new and existing members of the team. ·   Manage and maintain an orderly broadcast library archive system of all active mastering, composite elements and inventory databases.

·   Manage the quality and continuity of multiple distribution program streams. ·   Playback of all On-Air content as indicated on program log.·   React quickly and take appropriate disaster recovery action when necessary.·   Reconcile traffic playlist and digital logs to channel mapping and ensure accuracy. ·   Interact with automation system and perform daily same day downloads and re-exports playlist append.

·   Perform real-time QC technical evaluation of advertising sales media and ensure strict adherence to legal broadcast requirements and compliance with DLA/USH established standards. Review of content for culture sensitivity, regional laws, rating, certification, legal disclaimers, language, subtitles and closed caption.·   Act as a point of contact for Regions, agency, and ad sales operations team for all continuity and inventory related questions/requests, provide technical and logistical support. ·   Manage/resolve advertiser exclusivities and constraint issues as a result of same in order to maximize revenue. ·   Assist in specials projects from research to design, planning, recommend and implement changes to technical procedures or workflows.

·   Manage Real Time Quality Control and Duplication Operations department activities.·   Ensure that company and departmental process and procedures are followed.·   Plan and diligently prioritize workload to ensure that all material is prepared for air.·   Delegate daily work to operators. Ensure project deadlines and broadcast standards are met.·   Ensure that all equipment is fully functional and take the necessary steps to resolve problems.·   Assist Engineering in testing and integration of new technology systems. Coach and train staff.·   Participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures.·   Review and analyze discrepancy reports. Take immediate action as required. ·   Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to management and all applicable business units.

·   Provide technical operation support within transmission and broadcast operations center.·   Execute consistent high-quality digital signal transports and satellite transmissions in live and non-live environment, daily live sport, NVOD and specials events. ·   Diagnose and triage technical operational issues in real time involving signal path, encoding, encryption/authorization. Implement corrective actions and restore broadcast reception.·   Assist and guide engineering troubleshoot a variety of signal processing and transmission equipment: Analog/Digital receivers, encoders, decoders, signal processors, converters, video servers, switchers, multiplexers, modulators, power amplifiers and antennas.
