Avaloq development lead- Manage and train the development team from several locations: Geneva, Singapore, Bratislava, Manila, Pune.- Manage and implement Avaloq projects: Release 2.7/3.1/3.3/3.7, Business Units (Singapore, Hong-Kong, Monaco and UK) and small projects (STP, Interfaces, Swiss Bilat, ...).- Define and implement all the development processes and standards to work efficiently from all the locations. Also develop some internal tools to help the development team on daily basis.- Review the architecture design for projects.- Review the quality delivered by projects in order to improve the Production platform.Environment & Configuration Management- Manage the team (5-6 pers.)- Implement the best processes to manage all the environments (approx. 150 DBs) from an Avaloq standpoint, i.e. environment creation, Avaloq build, interfaces implementation, planning, ...- Develop some tools to help the team to manage the daily requests.- Develop some scripts to manage the server performances.

- Barclays (Geneva, 2006 - 2010): Avaloq implementation for new Business Units, Upgrade Releases, implement STP processes and other small projects. Maintenance of projects in production, technical support for the production environment and training of the Barclays IT Support team.- CIC (Basel, 2009): Data Extraction and Migration from Avaloq 2.5 to Avaloq 2.7.- Banque du Luxembourg (2007/2009): Work with the migration team to migrate OLYMPIC the transactional data to Avaloq 2.7.2: Sec Positions, SLBC/SLBA, CLTM (Avaloq API) and STEX Pending orders (Development from scratch).- Banque Cantonal de Genève: Implement new functionalities, new reports, report maintenance and technical support.- UBS Wealth Management (Paris): Development of reports and on-site consulting (reports integration, management of client change requests, report maintenance and technical support) and analysis/implementation of a new solution to optimize their current environment.- Developments in Java of tools to manage Avaloq server with a Graphical Interface. - Developments of PL/SQL packages to manage the basis functionalities in Oracle/Avaloq.- Wiki Knowledge (Internal since 2007) - Share the knowledge via the Wiki site- Avaloq administrator on Linux Server
