Mediation Services: Mediation is a tried and trusted process that empowers all parties to overcome contentious issues and work towards resolution with the help of an independent facilitator experienced, trained and skilled to employ mediation as the best way to reach agreement. I have been successfully providing mediation over the last three years. Family, Parent/Teen Resolutions Services:I have worked with over 40 families even where there are issues of risk behaviours, substance misuse, mental health or parent and teen conflict through having previously delivered Functional Family Therapy over the last 4 years. Family based work usually takes place in the home over 6-12 meetings. It can happen amongst adults or children and there can be a range of differing issues and needs all of which need to be carefully addressed. It is crucial to approach bullying appropriately that helps bring the situation to a close and so I provide a broad range of services in bullying cases such as: • restorative justice facilitation • providing expertise support in the event of allegations of bullying • anger management/conflict coaching for victims and perpetrators of bullying • bulling policy development (for organisations) Training Services:Upskilling customer service, front of service staff, key account manager and senior management in how to manage irate customers, successfully navigate difficult conversations, deliver effective negotiation are some of the bespoke training services I provide.
