Desktop support to a wide variety of clientelle. Communicating to internal and external stakeholders to asses and solve problems within Service Level Agreements. Ensuring the department continue to provide a superior level of professionalism by being a team player and explaining complex technical information for any audience to understand.

This role had many problems in attaining membership, so I was asked to take over this role. My main function in this role was to increase communication and to streamline the position to make it easier for the the customer and the business to have a common goal. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders were a common daily occurance.
