Mar 2016 – July 17 Programme Manager – Tullett Prebon Information Tasked upon commencement to join the integration project with ICAP Information Services; worked cross functionally with various work steams (Sales, Product, Development and Operations) to gain insights into the needs and objectives of the business. May 2014 – February 2016 Information Management Project Manager – Transport for London Part of the team to project manage Workforce planning solutions to cater for 11,000 staff. Led the tender process for this project and managed all the IM elements.Key Responsibilities:● Oversaw the Information Management side of the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU Tender process) to successful contract award● Managing Business System Analyst team to ensure that Project requirements and Functional Specification documents were delivered across projects● Collaborated with SAP teams to ensure successful project integration ● Ensuring all Project collateral in place for successful Gate reviews● Running regular Project Boards to gain key project decisions● Fed into the Design authority process● Working with various stakeholders to provide regular project updates● Ran Technical workshops in order to complete High Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation● Liaised with Enterprise Architect and Solutions Architects to ensure that all technical aspects of the projects were met● Working with IM Test teams to ensure the delivery of Test Strategy, Plans and test scripts Facilitate collaboration of UX researchers, IM Test teams and business analysts to deliver product service design● Overseeing the procurement for Development, Test, Pre-Production and Production environments● Liaising with Service transition teams to ensure the delivery of Service Requirements and Service delivery documentation

Oct 2006 – May 2014 IT Project Manager – ICAP Key Responsibilities:● Successfully delivered a £2m programme of enhancements to the ICAP Credit platform within the CDS and Bonds areas● Managed various CDS releases that covered the whole spectrum of the system including the Front End, Backend, Middle office and post trade ● Undertook a review of ICAPs development capability which resulted in the successful offshoring (to Latvia and the US) of strategic development work within the CDS division; led the transition from incumbent internal teams to the outsourcer in both countries● Ran the Equity Derivatives programme of work and successfully delivered the iLinked front end trading system. This was the first system of its kind released for trading Exchange for Physical instruments. I also successfully managed subsequent releases of the iLinked application.● Managed the release of ICAP Fusion (web based Trading platform) for Equities ● Ran the Equities Fidessa work stream and helped deliver several successful releases● Managed the project for the creation of a web based Bonds trading platform (AbcoE), considered a unique in the marketplace● Performed the role of IT Owner for the CDS and Bonds areas of the business; resulting in being primary point of contact for all major issues around the systems
