Conducted yield increasing process flow analysis on AMD’s first 64/32 Bit processor code named: Bore Cleaner. By creating a suite of testing applications and correlating them to live lab analysis, my team and I drastically increased the production yield of viable CPU cores by over 45%.Self-taught in Teradyne and Schlumberger silicon testing systems.
