As President Liz took on the challenge of restructuring & reigniting the South Florida chapter which connects still & motion creatives from an area of over ten-thousand square miles. Her first order of business was to enthusiastically rally dozens of volunteers and recruit industry partners to infuse the non-profit organization with new energy & resources. To encourage camaraderie & transparency within the Board, she conducted monthly meetings, opened to all members and non-members seeking to join the society. Together, they succeeded in presenting valuable & relevant programs on copyright, business practices & the creative process. Of equal priority was designing outlets to showcase & promote members'​ profiles & work. Through her leadership the chapter gained a much needed operational plan, a 300% increase of online followers and a renewable blueprint for future chapter leaders. Staying true to sound fiscal principles, she managed the chapter's modest budget to produce events worth ten times the original investment. At the end of her two year term, the Board reported a balance equal to the chapter's annual budget. She is most thankful to the dedicated members and industry partners who share her reformist vision and stepped up with her to serve their colleagues & the creative community at large. Taught first quarter students seeking a photography degree the foundational knowledge and skills of digital photography. Subjects included: the digital camera, lenses, exposure control, metering, sensors, printing, lighting, color, seeing photographs and the history of photography. Above subjects were taught in a classroom setting then tested on-location during class field trips and individual projects. Critiqued student's work individually and in groups. Liz's excitement for the subject and real life experience brought depth and dimension to the class.

While attending Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Liz joined the ERA office as their youngest licensed staff member. While providing support to the Broker and Agents, she conducted phone prospecting, lead follow up, customer support, property showings and recordkeeping.
