I am the General Counsel at Selvita and Head of Corporate Development. I joined the Company in 2015 and was assigned to build and manage the company’s legal department. Currently, I oversee a group of experienced lawyers and I'm personally engaged in complex corporate issues (including matters related to the stock exchange) and collaboration and IP licensing transactions in life science sector. As a Management Board member responsible for Corporate Development, I implement M&A strategy and take responsibility for Investors Relations (IR) at Selvita,Laureate of the contest “Rising Stars – lawyers, leaders of tomorrow”, in 2018. Acknowledged on GC Powerlist 2019 - Central and Eastern Europe in 2019. I'm an advocate, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and Heidelberg University, where I earned my LL.M title.
