Managing real estate for clients such as Amazon and Barclays, working in a dynamic, international team. For Amazon, responsibilities included maintaining client relations, developing and managing a process called "Access Management"—a system for organizing access to confidential documents based on employees’ or clients' permissions. This involved implementing the process and providing relevant training, as well as assisting the client project manager.For Barclays, responsibilities covered various administrative tasks, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining client relations. This role required quick responses to fast-evolving, unexpected situations, such as break-ins at client estates or organizing urgent repairs. Additionally, responsibilities included managing leases by tracking lease expirations and organizing estate handovers back to landlords.
