I am an entrepreneur in Financial Services and Technology and I am co-founder of Redington, the independent pensions and insurance advisory group. Total assets under Redington's advisement are now circa US$1 trillion. We advise pension funds and corporations about risk analysis and risk management, recovery plans, funding negotiation, monitoring, asset allocation, transaction management and negotiation. I am also Founder and Board Director of mallowstreet.com, the social media platform connecting the pensions and insurance industry. The platform drives innovative collaboration between investors (principally pension plans), banks, law firms, asset managers and specialist funds.And I recently co-founded 10,000 Black Interns which, as the name says, is placing 10,000 young, talented Black graduates in firms across 24 sectors in the United Kingdom over the next five years. The Program is changing the lives of young Black graduates from across the landscape. As one young lady said to me: "I grew up in care homes and had a desperate childhood. To be on this program and to have met the Prime Minister has completely changed my outlook and my horizons."I also run Spellbound! a program I created to teach people to speak in public and to tell their story.
