  As the Technical Innovation and Delivery Capability Lead, I work with FINEOS teams to identify technologies and automations that have the potential to reduce costs and improve the quality of FINEOS implementations. Our team is focused on learning from projects to constantly enhance customer satisfaction.This involves identifying and prototyping solutions that utilize AI and Large Language Models to solve business problems for FINEOS customers and internal teams. For example, in recent months, I have prototyped several AI chatbot assistants, a document summarization engine, and internal tools to support business and development teams by generating code and tests.As a member of the APAC Design Lab team, I am involved in influencing, identifying, prototyping, accelerating, and standardizing innovative ideas from other FINEOS teams. Our team works across multiple disciplines and Asia-Pacific locations, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Wellington.
