Responsibilities:- Project management and proxy product ownership in key agile IT projects.- High level supervision of all projects to ensure high usability of all delivered software.- Project portfolio management (digital strategies, webapps, e-commerce).- Delivery evaluation and improvement using KPIs (budgets, timelines, quality, relevance, client satisfaction), revenue maximization, cost reduction.- Risk management (forecasting, monitoring, mitigation).- Hiring and managing Project Managers. Creating growth paths, consulting individual goals. Evaluating their growth. - Building and implementing standards both for PMs and the entire organization (quality, efficiency, communication, security).- Vendor management.- Reporting to stakeholders (CEO, PMO of capital group), building a common organizational culture.- Collaboration with other leaders in perfecting all aspects of operations.- Managing ~5 PMs. Organizing a work environment for ~20 team members.Notable projects:- Major global FMCG (NDA) - web app allowing non-technical employees to create AMP4email campaigns (ready for dispatch) based on predeveloped customizable templates; key elements: email configurator, backend responsible for emails’ interactivity, user management, security measures.- FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) - consulting project leading to conceptualizing and designing a process of digital certificate verification.- Ently (startup) - mobile app allowing users to enter gyms without membership; key elements: geolocation, gym profiles, seamless mobile payment, user identity verification, reporting, tools for process management by gyms.
