The organizational agile transformation led me naturally to apply for that position, where I’m spreading my previous experience and led global agile transformation. I’m focusing on creating a professional team and their growth in agile roles, which are essential for successful transformation.

I initiated structure change in my previous team to better fit into the new organizational business field. My main focus was delivering to the HomeConnect project desired IT professionals with great fit of technical and soft skills. I launch many improvements in employee lifecycle, from search & select, onboarding to grow and stay interviews. I managed market research of external vendors to balance external and internal resources with agile and technical roles.I achieved growth from 3 to 35 members with a mixture of skills and maturity. I created a network of connections to the project stakeholders and worked together for that success. As the project is encapsulated in Scaled Agile Framework, I focus a lot on collaboration, involving engineers in cross-team activities and process improvements beyond their direct responsibilities. Apart from that, I was part of the LACE HomeConnect team where we were addressing organizational impediments such as Unclear vision and mission, long decision cycles, absence of psychological safety and trust. In 2021, my long experience in agile practices and leadership connects with organizational agile transformation, where my new journey starts.

As a natural follow-up to previous successes, I was invited to join a global initiative and to create a new team. Our goal was to build a regional network of teams connected to the regional and local business units, together with global leaders and headquarter teams. I created a regional team from scratch to over 20 IT business consultants with the main focus on organizational support around customer-oriented digital solutions. My team rolled out hundreds of solutions, sorted out thousands of business cases and implemented countless improvements. I started to run endless experiments with agile practices which I continue till today. In 2018 was a time, where I had to initiate organizational change in my team and I took part of my team on a new journey.

I applied to BSH, to help organization go through digital transformation. As a team, we support & educate global business departments in the usage of corporate digital products. My previous experience let me show up as an over-performing specialist with a great understanding of the business context. That led me to the idea of initiating a dedicated regional team, which ends up as a real organizational change.
