I have been developing my skills, knowledge and experience continuously and fearlessly for 19 years. Since 2005, I have had the pleasure to be a freelancer as well as a key full-time employee of such agencies as i-Systems (now Merce, leading Enterprise Commerce Platform in Poland) and Gong (award-winning Polish marketing / creative agency). Since 2012, as a founder and owner, I have been leading CHALLENGE - award-winning Polish studio focused on Branding, UX/UI and AI, with over 150 project for medium and big size companies on the Polish and world stages.The experience that I gained allows me to successfully connect two worlds - business and creation. As an entrepreneur, I analyze and understand the business problems of my partners and manage projects and teams of various sizes. As a designer, I do not forget about the user experience and the importance of the visual layer.I have become what industry calls a “unicorn designer” (definition - ”someone who can not only design, but also articulate design decisions, manage stakeholders, and code/ship those designs at the same time.).
