My experience of the financial services industry served me well as I managed outsource support and championed service delivery for key clients such as Barclays, ABSA, Lloyds of London to mention a few. I was responsible for the implementation of IT Service Management based on ITIL best practice and fostered a service delivery culture within the service department. I also played a key role in numerous IT projects, streamlining business processes and efficiencies. A notable project was with Absa Capital where I assisted with the migration of its trade floor to the new office in Sandton. I handled business analysis, analysis of applications and services. I also assisted with other migration projects for Barclays in Zimbabwe.
