David A. Wilson (D.A.) is the Founder & Managing Attorney of The Wilson Firm, a Metro Atlanta-based law firm, and the Founder & CEO of Magnate Sports Management, a full-service business management company. Through his two companies, D.A. advises for-profit entities, non-profit organizations, taxpayers, and athletes. His core practice areas include taxation, business & corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, sports law, mergers & acquisitions, and non-profit/tax-exempt law. Additionally, as a professor in Georgia State University's Graduate Sport Administration program, D.A. teaches Sport Law in a part-time capacity. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Albany State University, his M.S. degree in Sport Administration from Georgia State University, his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School (Atlanta), and his LL.M. degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
