Handling a team of 50 People.Acting as a Hub Manager of Punjab & Delhi for collecting Raw Material from nearby districts or states.Handling a team of 50 people. .Purchase & stores of 100 mt tons of material on daily basis .Proper checking of material arrived at Hub.Deduction required on the same material. Dispatching the same to Khanna Paper Mills Amritsar (At Plant ) with proper invoice & Bilty.Maintaining the proper administration at Hub.Taking care of Assets of Depot.Placing of all the requirements for Depot on daily basis like Placing of trucks , Labour requirement etc .Proper keeping of Record.Searching of More Vendors.Convincing them to work with us.Vendor Development.To develop and maintain good buyer-seller relationship.Negotiating for Lower Landed price of Product.Issuing Purchase Orders.Follow Up of Purchase Orders for delivery in due time.Verification and passing of Suppliers bills to see that payments are made promptly.Correspondence and dealing with suppliers , carriers etc ., regarding shortages , rejections etc ., reported by the stores department.Keeping various departments / Divisons informed of the progress of their indents in case of delay in obtaining supplies.Serving as an information centre on the materials knowledge i.e. their prices , source of supply , specification and other allied matters.Development of reliable and alternate sources of supply.
