I am an experienced humanitarian, Human right advocate and a dedicated medical doctor with expertise in healthcare, conflict, displacement and refugee settings. As a humanitarian, I have experience in programme management and design, on-the-ground implementation, and service provision. As a doctor, I have a profound inclination towards addressing gender-based violence, conflict-related sexual violence, mental health, and innovative healthcare access. My journey has encompassed diverse settings, ranging from remote refugee camps in Sudan to tertiary hospitals in Ethiopia. Working in various positions and environments throughout my career has honed my adaptability, flexibility, effective communication style, and critical thinking skills. I excel in applying contextual knowledge and understanding to identifying and resolving challenges.
