Welcome, I'm a motivated person with over 6 years of construction industry experience with tier 1 general contractor, worked in three types of projects mixed-use building, residential and industrial construction projects. After graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from DBU University in 2017, later I received a professional engineer (PE) certificate in Sep-2021. Throughout my career experience, I've involved and conducted both office and on-project-site duties. Generally, I've experience of Construction Management (CM), Project Delivery Methods Design-Build (D-B) and D-B-B, Lump-Sum and Cost-Plus Contracts, Detail Construction Estimation from preliminary through final stage, Project Scheduling, conducted site visiting and collected actual on-site data, prepared progress reports and accurate materials quantity take-offs, annual and quarterly Budgets, cost-break-down and developed attention to detail and Softwares skills.As Office Engineer, I collaboratively worked in a project team and maintained good relationship with consultants, sub-contractors and all stakeholders till the project completion.I added value to the project by provided design optimizations, cost savings and suggested a better work methodologies and reduced time.I'm continuing learning more in the industry and would like to know better. due to my performance once I've got career promotion in my previous project. My construction estimation experience in construction ranges in the value b/n 20M - +250M birr projects.
